We can view many different cases at one time, we follow the amount of time it takes to do a case per physician, we can move cases around thru the computer without paper work. It has been most useful to me as a director to be able to answer question from administration in a moments notice. I run a report each day of turn time in each room and I can present this to the physicians so they can see their progress as well as the departments.
