"Approximately 2 years ago we went from an antiquated system to CQI. It has been an outstanding relationship. We can view many different cases at one time, we follow the amount of time it takes to do a case per physician, we can move cases around thru the computer without paper work. It has been most useful to me as a director to be able to answer question from administration in a moments notice. I run a report each day of turn time in each room and I can present this to the physicians so they can see their progress as well as the departments.
