The CT-E system provides Hospital-wide, conflict free patient scheduling of all appointments including Perioperative Care - Surgical Services, Radiology, Pain Management and other areas of your facility. The system will automate the patient scheduling process to maximize the hospitals resources and improve patient throughput.

CT-E contains state-of-the-art scheduling tools to accommodate block scheduling by Physician or group, recurring appointment scheduling (PT/OT, Oncology, Dialysis, etc.), and procedure-strings the combination of linked procedures (Radiology & Surgery), that enable multiple appointments to be scheduled across departments in a single scheduling episode. Additionally, the CT-E system provides tools to speed the scheduling process such as drag and drop re-scheduling, find-a-time-slot and cancel/recall functionality. All this in a dedicated package designed for your needs with a support team that is dedicated to customer satisfaction.

With standard HL7 interfaces to ADT, Patient Billing and Materials, your system stays up-to-date, and charges are sent automatically. With interfaces to most external systems, Care Tracker stays in sync with your facility and is not a stand-alone island of data.
